"No Plan" With No Plan B (All Night Long)

It was my mistake, really. I already knew that she has a certain sleeping problem, yet I let her help out with my work that night. Yup, it's my solo vacation, but there are things that I need to complete. She happened to be nearby, so she offered her assistance.

She let her friends went back and stayed with me at Singgah Selalu, an eatery outlet near Danga Bay. We sorted out some papers that I need to complete right there at the restaurant table. I can see she was very sleepy, she can't seems to open her eyes, but she still tried. I'm thankful. Then I offered to send her back to her homestay.

From Danga Bay to Jln Petri, we made a couple of stops. Istana Hinggap was very beautiful with that big crown at the entrence. We were supprised seeing 2 army guards at the gate. I dared her to enter the gate and see what those 2 guards would do. She don't want to.

Chicken...

Then we stop by the neon display roofing the road. Quite a display of animated light. I was as amazed being there that night as I was the first time being there few weeks back. But then, lots of mat rempit making noise and their motorbike fume was so uncomfortable. She got scared.

Chicken...

We decided to make one round before sending her back. We saw a police petrol-car making loud siren noise to chase away people out of the emergency lane alongside Pantai Lido (or what it used to be called). Everybody left.

Chickens (plural, with "s").

So we decided to send her back to her place. Its already 1am anyway, and she got her event tomorrow. She needed her sleep badly. She entered her homestay and I left for my hotel room. Just before I reached the junction to my hotel, I read her message, "They all already asleep. You have to come back....".

Chic.... sighh... nevermine... don't bother... Haha

She has the kind of phobia whereby she can't sleep if everyone already slept. So I went back. Initially, we planned to just have a chat outside her homestay till she got sleepy. But she *already* sleepy. Only that, she can't sleep in that condition. So, she got back into my car and we went for a long conversation at a 24-hours McD nearby. At least ice lemon tea is available there.

We talked. Talked. Talked till we dunno what else to talk. I do love long, all-nite conversation over a drink (yup, we even kongsi the drink). But nevertheless, a companion like that is hard to find. By dawn, I sent her back. She swered she'll never do that again, putting herself in the position that she can't sleep all night.

Deep, I wish she will.... Haha... Adehhh... Sorry, friend.
